What's happening?

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us this weekend in Athens, Ohio.  We had a blast and we really appreciate all the support.  If you've been wondering what's up with your third-favorite folk-rock morons, than read what Tristan has to say here, at the life and travel updates page.

My Little Pancake Button

Yes, it's that time again.  The Passionworks Studio is releasing it's second poetry/music collaborative effort this weekend, April 5th, at the Arts West Performance Center, and The Princes of Hollywood will be there to play.  Not only did we have the honor of being asked to contribute to the album, but our song "My Little Pancake Button" was chosed as the lead-off track and title for the project.  We're just happy we got to be a part of it all.  We'll also be playing at Donkey Coffee and Espresso for the afterparty.

The Princes in Music City

In the immortal words of Jack Black, "Oh, my god, [we've] done it!" The PofH now call Nashville, Tenn. home...and we like it. Check in with the Travel and Life Updates for all the latest from our new HQ, now in Central Standard Time.

New Boston Show with Chris Trapper

Hey Folks!  This just in: we've been invited to open for Chris Trapper, our favorite songwriter of the Commonweath, at the Brattle Theater in Cambridge, Massachussetts, one of the coolest little theaters in all of the northeast.  This show will be on December 1st, and tickets are available at http://www.brattlefilm.org.  Check out the "Tour" page for more info.  We hope to see you there!

Fall Tour? Fall Tour!

The Princes of Hollywood's Fall 2007 "Too Dumb to Quit" Tour is halfway over.  And, lo, it was good.  Check out some of the tour reports from the road at our "Travel and Life Updates" page, also known as "the blog".  More good news coming soon...

Whoa! We got a new website!

Yes folks, you heard it here first!

The Princes of Hollywood have a fancy new website! This is our new online HQ, and one that we hope will become a much more dynamic and interactive community for The Princes of Hollywood.  So what's on the horizon, you ask?

Well, for starters, we've got a short but sweet fall tour planned, with stops in Ohio, New York, Massachusetts, and Delaware (see the "Tour" page for all the details).

Secondly, in the coming months we will be launching The Princes of Hollywood TV, a webcast travel-show/documentary hosted by your thrid-favorite folk-rockers, The Princes of Hollywood, which will follow us behind-the-scenes on our fall tour as we play shows, check out cool stuff in every city we visit, and ultimately revel in the drama and hilarity that will surely ensue.  Be sure to tune in!

Thirdly, we will be posting a new set of journals right here on our website that will pick up where our last blog left off, and will also include Harlan's take on cinema and Tristan's raison d'etre, coffee.

And finally, we will have new music for you, and, well, plenty of other cool things, too.  Meanwhile, please check out our newest record, A Change of Venue, at the following places: iTunes, CDbaby, MilesofMusic, and Aware Records.

 Many thanks and best wishes,

The Princes of Hollywood
